Literature
The founding of the museum in 1924 was already closely related to the previous creation and publication of a certain book: Ernst Friedrich’s “Krieg dem Kriege” (War against war). Just as then, the museum is still closely connected with this book (and its author) today. Further publications and new releases have accompanied the museum for several decades. A large part of these, as well as other formative literature from the peace movement, can be found in our museum and also here.
This small amount of literature is supplemented in the museum by a small reference library on the subjects of war, peace, militarism and pacifism.

Over the years the museum has regularly welcomed media representatives from home and abroad. In some cases the museum itself has been the centre of attention or has been able to contribute a viewpoint on various topics in print, film and television formats. Find examples here.
